These Terms govern the use of Under Ctrl.

Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.

Unless otherwise specified, these Terms apply when using Under Ctrl.

"Under Ctrl" refers to:

  • this website, including all its subdomains;
  • the "Under Ctrl Bot" Discord application and its related services available at "discord.com";
  • the Service.

Under Ctrl is provided by Avraj Sahota, the Owner.

Terms

By accessing Under Ctrl, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and agree that You are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If You disagree with any of these terms, You are prohibited from accessing Under Ctrl.

Intellectual property

Digital content on Under Ctrl (including but not limited to graphics, text, images, videos, music, design, sound) that belong to the Owner may not be used without the Owner's permission.

Age requirements

By using Under Ctrl, You confirm that You are at least 13 years of age.

Refunds

Under Ctrl offers You refunds within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must have purchased the Product within the last 14 days;
  • You must have purchased the Product from this website;
  • the Product, being a digital product, must not have been downloaded or used;
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • any Product on sale or discounted;
  • any Product that has been downloaded or used;
  • any Product for which a refund has been previously claimed.

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund.

Violations

In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Owner reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the User's account, and permanently banning the User from using Under Ctrl.

Changes to these Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of Under Ctrl after any such changes shall constitute the User's consent to such changes.

Definitions and legal references

Owner (or We)

Indicates the natural person(s) or legal entity that provides Under Ctrl to the User.

Product

A good or service available through Under Ctrl, such as e.g. digital files, software etc.

Service

The service provided by Under Ctrl as described in these Terms and on Under Ctrl.

Terms

All provisions applicable to the use of Under Ctrl as described in this document, including any other related documents or agreements, and as updated from time to time.

User (or You)

Indicates any natural person or legal entity using Under Ctrl.
